Who should be in the draw?
- Adults and teenagers in one draw, with kids getting a separate arrangement (grown-ups buy for the kids directly, or a parent draws for a child).
- Add young kids' names with "drawn by a parent" in the title so a parent opens the link for them.
- In-laws and partners: include them if they'll be at the gathering.
Rules that keep it fair
- Couples can't draw each other: they already buy each other gifts.
- Parents can't draw their own children and vice versa, if you include both.
- Skip last year's pairings so nobody gets the same relative twice. Paste last year's organiser link.
Budgets that feel balanced
